Completes all online and off-line requirements for the course in a timely manne,; follows directions and procedures, accesses online course materials regularly.
Character
Character displays loyalty, honesty, trustworthiness, dependability, reliability, initiative, self-discipline, and self-responsibility.
Leadership
People who exemplify outstanding work ethics are often looked upon as leaders, regardless whether they hold an official leadership position. Leadership skills include problem solving, conflict management and mentoring. Positive leaders take care to constantly show good work ethics.
Respect
Respect is a work ethic shown through positive interaction with co-workers, management and customers. Respectful individuals are tolerant of people's differences and understanding of conflicting points of view. Workers show disrespect when they are intolerant of diversity, rude to others or argumentative.

Attendance
Attendance has a large impact on individual and team success. Tardiness and absenteeism can also impact job performance and retention. Individuals have to make work a high priority, get enough sleep, and inform their supervisor of an absence.
Appearance
A person makes their first impression of someone in three seconds. If you appear unkempt, someone is going to think that you are sloppy and you will perform sloppy work. If you dress as a professional, your first impression and work performance will be excellent.
